Yes, I forgot to take a picture of it. Unless I purposely remember to take a picture of it or have forgotten to take a picture before, i don't purposely think to take a picture of my food. I'm sure I'll be making it again soon!
1/4 red peppers, chopped
1/4 green peppers, chopped
onion, chopped
1 small can of corn
3-4 tbsp of salsa
pinch of cilantro/parsley
1/4- 1/2 cup of cheese
1/2 lb. of ground beef
couple of tortilla
Saute peppers and onions. Brown ground beef. Stir salsa, corn and parsley. Simmer for a couple minutes. Stir in cheese.
Fill tortillas with beef mixture.
